A simple recipe from the Nut Just Milk table — made with our fresh-pressed nut milk.

Rasmalai made with NJM’s Masala Milk is a rich and creamy dessert, infused with aromatic spices and topped with crunchy nuts. It’s a quick, indulgent treat perfect for festivals, family gatherings, or any special occasion.
Preparation Time: 2–5 minutes
500g Rasmalai (store-bought or homemade)
500 ml NJM’s Masala Milk
1/4 cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
A few saffron strands (optional, for extra flavour and colour)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Chopped nuts (like almonds and pistachios) for garnish
Prepare the Rasmalai
Drain the syrup from the Rasmalai pieces and gently squeeze each one to remove excess liquid. Set them aside on a plate.
Infuse the Masala Milk
To deepen the flavour, stir in saffron strands and cardamom powder directly into NJM’s Masala Milk. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow the spices to infuse.
Combine
Place the Rasmalai pieces in a serving dish or tray. Pour the flavoured Masala Milk over them, ensuring the pieces are fully submerged.
Soak
Refrigerate the dish for at least 30 minutes to allow the Rasmalai to soak up the spiced milk.
Garnish and Serve
Just before serving, sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios on top for added texture and flavour. Serve chilled and enjoy your luxurious, easy-to-make Rasmalai!
