-
200 ml NJM’s Oat Milk
-
1 tablespoon honey
-
Single or double shot of espresso (based on preference)

-
1/4 cup whipping cream
-
1 tablespoon condensed milk (or sugar/sweetener of choice)
Optional Layering:

Biscuits (e.g., ladyfingers) or cake of choice (optional)
🍽️ Instructions
-
Prepare the Oatmeal
In a medium saucepan, combine oats, cocoa powder, NJM’s Oat Milk, and honey. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it begins to simmer. -
Add Espresso
Pour in the espresso and continue to cook, stirring often, for about 5–7 minutes or until the oats are creamy and most of the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and set aside. -
Make the Cream Topping
In a small mixing bowl, whip the cream using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. Fold in condensed milk or your sweetener of choice until fully incorporated. Adjust the sweetness to taste. -
Assemble the Tiramisu Oatmeal
-
Option 1: Spoon the oatmeal into bowls, top with the whipped cream mixture, and serve.
-
Option 2: For a dessert-style version, layer oatmeal, crushed biscuits or cake, and cream in a glass or bowl. Repeat layers if desired and finish with the cream on top.
