  • Refund requests must be made within 24-48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds will not be issued if the product has been tampered with after delivery, or if the issue is reported outside of the 24-48 hour window.

  • We do not offer refunds for cases where the customer changes their mind after purchase.
