What is Nut Just Milk?
Nut Just Milk is a fresh, small-batch brand making nut milks, smoothies, and clean everyday snacks. Our fresh blends are made to order in Mumbai, and our Nut Just Crunch snack line is available for delivery pan India.
What makes NJM different?
Our blends are freshly made, nutritionist-formulated, and made with clean ingredients. No preservatives, no artificial colours, no unnecessary additives, and no long-life cartons.
Are your products nutritionist-formulated?
Yes. Our products are formulated by our founder, Archana, who is a practising nutritionist.

Ordering & delivery

Where do you deliver?
Our fresh nut milks and smoothies go across Mumbai, and out into Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mira Road–Bhayandar and the Panvel–Kharghar belt.
Not sure about your area? Enter your pincode on any product page or in the cart and we will tell you straight away.
Our Nut Just Crunch snack line ships pan-India. The refrigerated Protein Dark Chocolate Bonbons are the one exception — they travel only with our fresh Mumbai-region deliveries, as do our gift sets.
When will my order be delivered?
Fresh blends arrive in 1–3 days, delivered in the morning between 7 AM and 1 PM.
We deliver Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Because everything is made to order, it helps to order a day or two ahead. Nut Just Crunch orders shipped pan-India usually take 5–6 days depending on where you are.
How much is delivery?
Inside our core Mumbai belt — pincodes 400001–400039 and 400050–400052 — delivery is ₹50, and free on orders over ₹1,500.
Everywhere else we reach, including the rest of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mira Road–Bhayandar and Panvel–Kharghar, delivery is ₹200.
Nut Just Crunch orders shipped pan-India are ₹200.

Are there any free gifts or offers?
Yes, and they unlock on their own in your cart as you cross each amount:
Over ₹1,000 — a free cloth keychain, design picked by us at dispatch.
Over ₹1,500 — free delivery inside the core Mumbai belt.
Over ₹3,000 — a free Trust Your Gut glass tumbler.
You will see each one appear in the cart the moment you qualify. Nothing to enter, no code.
Can I order for the same day?
Same-day delivery may be possible depending on the time of order and availability. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp on +91 98209 77181 and we will see how to best serve you.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website or reach out to us on WhatsApp/Instagram for help with recommendations, subscriptions, or customisations.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — until 9 PM the evening before your delivery.
Everything is made fresh to order, and we build the next morning's delivery list at 9 PM. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98209 77181 with your order number before then and we will change or cancel it at no charge.
After 9 PM your blends are already being made, so we cannot pull them back.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. We can set up a subscription for you so your fresh blends arrive when you need them without having to reorder every time.
Can I customise my order?
Yes, wherever possible. You can reach out to us for customisations like sweetness level, milk base, protein add-on, or ingredient preferences. Customisations depend on the product and availability.

Freshness, storage & cold chain

Are the nut milks and smoothies freshly made?
Yes. Our fresh blends are made in small batches and blended fresh, not mass-produced or stored for long periods.
How should I store my NJM bottles?
Please refrigerate your bottles immediately once received. Keep them in the coolest part of your fridge and avoid storing them in the fridge door.
What is the shelf life?
Our fresh nut milks and smoothies are best consumed within 2 days of delivery.
Why is the shelf life short?
Because we don’t use preservatives or stabilisers. Our blends are fresh, clean, and made to be consumed fresh.
Do the bottles need to stay cold?
Yes. Our fresh blends should be kept refrigerated at all times. Since they are preservative-free, temperature control is important.
How do you handle delivery?
Our fresh blends are packed and delivered with care to help maintain freshness during transit. Once delivered, please refrigerate immediately.
Can I travel with the bottles?
We don’t recommend keeping the bottles out for long periods. If you’re carrying them, keep them chilled in an insulated bag and consume them soon.
Is separation normal?
Yes. Since our blends are made without stabilisers, natural separation can happen. Just shake well before drinking.
Can I heat the nut milk?
We don’t recommend directly boiling or overheating the nut milks. If needed, warm gently on a low flame and avoid bringing it to a full boil.

Ingredients & blends

Do you use refined sugar?
Most of our blends are made without refined sugar. Sweetness usually comes from ingredients like dates, fruit, or maple syrup depending on the product.
Are your products dairy-free?
Yes, our nut milks and most blends are dairy-free. Please check the product details in case of specific additions.
Are your blends vegan?
Most of our nut milks and smoothies are vegan. Please check individual product descriptions for exact details.
Are your blends gluten-free?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free, but please check the product details if you have a gluten intolerance or allergy.
Are your blends suitable for people with nut allergies?
No. Since we work extensively with nuts, our products are not suitable for people with nut allergies.
What nut milks do you make?
Almond, cashew, oat, coconut and walnut, plus vanilla bean and flavoured almond milks like cacao, cold coffee, saffron masala and rose sabja. The line-up shifts a little with the season and with what is available.
Do your smoothies contain protein?
Some of our smoothies have plant protein added. You can also ask us about protein add-ons where possible.
Can I choose the milk base in my smoothie?
For some smoothies, yes. You can reach out to us and we’ll let you know what customisation is possible.

Does Nut Just Crunch need refrigeration?
Most Nut Just Crunch products do not need refrigeration unless mentioned on the product packaging. Store in a cool, dry place and keep the pack sealed after opening.
Can I order Nut Just Crunch with fresh blends?
Yes, if you’re in Mumbai. For orders outside Mumbai, only Nut Just Crunch is available for delivery.

Are your products child-friendly?
Many of our blends are made with clean, simple ingredients and can be enjoyed by children, depending on their age, allergies, and dietary needs.
Are your products toddler-friendly?
Some products may be suitable for toddlers, but we always recommend checking ingredients carefully and consulting your paediatrician, especially if your child is very young or trying nuts for the first time.
Can babies have nut milk?
Our nut milks are not a replacement for breast milk, formula, or any medically recommended nutrition for infants. Please consult your paediatrician before introducing nut-based products to babies or very young children.
Are your products safe for children with allergies?

Taste, texture & quality

Why does the colour vary sometimes?
Because we use real ingredients. Natural colour can vary slightly depending on the batch, fruit, nuts, and season.
Why does the texture feel different from packaged milk?
Our blends are freshly made and do not contain stabilisers or emulsifiers. That means they may have a more natural texture compared to long-life packaged milks.
Why does my smoothie taste slightly different from last time?
Small variations can happen because we use real ingredients, especially fruits, nuts, and natural sweeteners. We do our best to keep the taste consistent while keeping the product fresh and clean.

Returns, issues & support

What if there is an issue with my order?
Tell us on the same day it arrives. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98209 77181 or email info@nutjustmilk.com with your order number and a photo.
Our blends are fresh and perishable, so same-day is the window we can act on. Once you have reported it, we come back to you within 24–48 hours.
Can I get a refund or replacement?
Yes, case by case. Report it on the day of delivery with a clear photo and reason, and we will resolve it within 24–48 hours — either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, whichever you prefer.
