Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

Fresh nut milks, smoothies, Protein Dark Chocolate Bonbons and gift sets (the Nuts About You Basket and the DIY Popsicle Kit) are delivered cold-chain by our own team across Mumbai (pincodes 400001–400104), Thane (400601–400615), Navi Mumbai (400701–400710), Mira Road–Bhayandar (401101–401107) and Panvel–Kharghar (410206–410210, 410218, 410221). Enter your pincode when you add an item to your cart and we tell you straight away whether we reach you.

Nut Just Crunch snacks (chivda, chikki pops, nut bites, almond butter) are shelf-stable and ship pan-India by courier.

Fresh items, bonbons and gift sets cannot be shipped outside the areas above. If an order for an unserviceable pincode slips through, we cancel it and refund any payment in full.

2. Delivery charges

  • Core Mumbai belt (pincodes 400001–400039 and 400050–400052): ₹50, and free on orders of ₹1,500 or more.
  • Everywhere else we deliver fresh (rest of Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mira Road–Bhayandar, Panvel–Kharghar): ₹200.
  • Nut Just Crunch pan-India: ₹200.
  • Subscriptions: delivery is charged per delivery at your pincode's rate. The free-delivery offer applies to one-off orders only.

The exact charge for your pincode is shown in the cart and again at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery timelines

Fresh orders arrive in 1–3 days, delivered between 7 AM and 1 PM, Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Everything is made to order, so it helps to order a day or two ahead. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible depending on the time of order — message us on WhatsApp to check.

Nut Just Crunch orders shipped pan-India usually take 5–6 days, depending on where you are.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays can occur because of weather, traffic disruptions, unavailability of the recipient or operational constraints. We will keep you informed on WhatsApp.

4. Changing or cancelling an order

We build the next morning's delivery list at 9 PM the evening before. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98209 77181 before 9 PM with your order number and we will change or cancel your order at no charge. After 9 PM the order has already been made and loaded for the morning run, so it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

5. Delivery method

Deliveries in the Mumbai region are handled by our own trained team, kept cold from our kitchen to your door. Pan-India Nut Just Crunch orders travel with reliable courier partners.

6. Failed or re-delivery attempts

If our team is unable to deliver because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, a wait of more than 15 minutes or a refusal to accept, the order is marked as a failed delivery. A re-delivery will incur a fee, and because the product is fresh and made to order you may also be liable for its cost. If there is a genuine issue with your delivery, reach out on WhatsApp at +91 98209 77181 and we will help resolve it promptly.

7. Order updates

Once your order is confirmed you receive updates by email and WhatsApp with the order status and delivery day. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of ordering, please contact us.

8. Damaged, spoiled or missing items

If anything arrives damaged, spoiled or missing — including a damaged gift basket, its decorations or any item listed in a gift set — report it on the day of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 98209 77181 or by email at info@nutjustmilk.com, with your order number and a clear photo. Our blends are fresh and perishable, so the day of delivery is the window we can act on. Once you have reported it, we come back to you within 24–48 hours with a replacement or a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
