250 ml NJM Cashew Milk

1/2 cup coconut oil (softened or melted)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Mix Ingredients
In a medium mixing bowl, combine NJM Cashew Milk, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir well until the mixture is fully blended. -
Incorporate Cocoa
Gradually sift in the cocoa powder while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and chocolatey. -
Add Flavourings
Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix again until you achieve a creamy, even consistency. -
Set the Fudge
Pour the mixture into a lined or greased small baking dish or container. Spread it out evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge sets firmly. -
