2 Minute Chocolate Fudge

Indulge in this rich, creamy chocolate fudge that’s incredibly easy to make and melts in your mouth with every bite. Made with NJM Cashew Milk, this quick vegan treat is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth anytime!

Preparation Time: 15–20 minutes

🍫 Ingredients

  • 250 ml NJM Cashew Milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (softened or melted)

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


🥄 Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine NJM Cashew Milk, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup. Stir well until the mixture is fully blended.

  2. Incorporate Cocoa
    Gradually sift in the cocoa powder while whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Continue mixing until the mixture is smooth and chocolatey.

  3. Add Flavourings
    Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix again until you achieve a creamy, even consistency.

  4. Set the Fudge
    Pour the mixture into a lined or greased small baking dish or container. Spread it out evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the fudge sets firmly.

  5. Serve
    Once set, slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
